This is a low intervention washed coffee from the Caranavi province in Bolivia, produced by Yulissa Chambi. It is certified organic. 

The flavor profile is clean and soft without feeling subdued. Its gingerbread baking spice notes and roasted hazelnut notes are delicately accented by hints of crisp plum and tart cranberry.
